Package: Helixa’s Discover

Discover is an audience intelligence platform which observes millions of complex and incomplete signals from digital behavior, search and social and transforms them to create a timely representation of emerging trends and cultures. Users are presented with a complete and detailed understanding of audiences including demography, psychographics, influencers, brand and media consumption and more. 

Package: Explore (previously known as Insights)

Explore allows Customers to analyze survey or respondent data. Users are able to analyze industry media, consumer surveys and some client proprietary data in the TelmarHelixa Technology and build reports to identify target audiences and their behaviors. By creating and analyzing target audiences, Users are provided with visualizations of the reports that may be exported for additional statistical analyses.

Package: Plan (previously known as Cross-Media Planning)

Plan allows Customers to optimize their media planning and strategy by calculating and illustrating the combined reach and frequency results across multiple advertising mediums.

Package: Audio

Audio allows Customers to optimize campaigns across audio channels. Audio quantifies outcomes of advertising campaigns  and optimisation strategies, for example optimisation of budget, audience, reach and cost effectiveness. Audio measures the reach and frequency of the campaign at each stage of its delivery, from planning to execution and for some media types also post-execution. Audio also allows Users to share campaign information via the reporting or dashboard tools.

Package: Video

Video allows Customers to plan and optimize campaigns across a number of video channels. Video quantifies outcomes of advertising campaigns  and optimization strategies, for example optimization of budget, audience, reach and cost effectiveness. Video measures the reach and frequency of the campaign at each stage of its delivery, from planning to execution and, for some media types, post-execution. Video also allows Users to share campaign information via the reporting or dashboard tools.

Package: Out of Home (“OOH”)

OOH allows Customers to optimize different OOH inventory using reach and frequency TelmarHelixa Technology, including but not limited to mapping and data visualization. Users are able to plan, at the agency level by OOH media type or, as an operator with detailed inventory, to quantify OOH deliveries. OOH allows the analysis to be completed and shared using mapping and data visualization tools.

Package: Optimiser

Optimiser helps Customers to maximize revenue whilst maximizing its client satisfaction. The Users are able to upload, to the TelmarHelixa Technology, the inventory and all the campaigns to be allocated by the Package. Optimiser automatically runs the allocation of the campaigns providing a detailed output.

Package: Statistics

Statistics helps Customers to find key drivers within markets, brands and media based on attitudinal and behavioral patterns, to further Customer’s analysis, enabling the creation of segmentation from the key drivers found. These key drivers can be used to further Customer’s insights or enable Customer to proceed into programmatic campaign planning. Statistics has multiple solutions and statistical techniques, including CHAID analysis to analyse brands or products by demographics; Cluster analysis to obtain key drivers of groups of people; and Correspondence and Audience effects to analyze relationships between different variables.

Add on: Research Guru

Research Guru provides Customers with a keyword search tool that searches all owned and subscribed studies available to a user to find surveys with needed data, and get instant results. It provides quick and easy cross-tab reports.

Add on: AdPlus

AdPlus is a simplified media planning system that does not require access to any syndicated data and makes use of TelmarHelixa’s proprietary reach curve data to estimate media delivery. For those Users who do have access to TelmarHelixa planning systems that do use syndicated media audience data, plans created in those systems can be imported into Adlus and “mixed” to determine combined reach and frequency delivery of multiple media schedules.

DataLoader

DataLoader is a self-service platform that allows Customers to upload proprietary data sets on demand and gives them the ability to use their data in TelmarHelixa’s solutions in connection with an applicable TelmarHelixa Package.
A Customer or User may only upload the following file types to the TelmarHelixa Services when using DataLoader: (i) .SAV.

Package: Video API

Video API (Application Programming Interface) enables direct access to the South African daily TV data - demographic, brand, ratecard, rating and station data - so that developers can design and build customized user interfaces using TelmarHelixa’s infrastructure and technology

Package: Telmar Total ESG

An add-on to the Plan package, Environment, Social and Governance scores are available to qualified subscribers and integrated into the planning software to support the selection of media outlets based on their ESG performance. A total advertising campaign ESG score is also calculated based on the weight of advertising impressions planned against each media outlet. Data is provided in partnership with Legacy Media.
