This Notice should be read in conjunction with TelmarHelixa’s Privacy Policy located at:  https://telmarhelixa.com/privacy-policy/ which details how TelmarHelixa collects, processes, uses, and shares your personal data/personal information.

Information that you provide voluntarily to TelmarHelixa

As a business enterprise, we may collect information about you through your interactions with our Website that you provide to us voluntarily.  For example, we may ask you to provide your contact details in order to register for events, webinars, surveys and/or to submit enquiries to us, to subscribe to marketing communications from us, and to create an account with us to receive services from us. 

Additionally, personal data/personal information that you provide to us through your use of the Additional Sites, may be used to for direct marketing purposes, in connection with TelmarHelixa’s business activities, products and services (including to make recommendations about our services, product updates, surveys, referral programmes, special offers, incentives, promotions, events and webinars), and to inform you about important developments at TelmarHelixa. 

Information that we obtain from third-party sources

We may also receive personal data/personal information indirectly, from the following third-parties:

  • from our third-party lead generation providers in order for us to send marketing material to individuals: (i) that have consented to their details being shared with us and to receive marketing material; or (ii) where we have a legitimate interest in sending you our marketing material and our legitimate interest does not override your data protection interests or your fundamental rights and freedoms; and

Information that we collect automatically

 Beacons and Widgets: Web beacons operate in a similar way to cookies and are placed on websites or in an e-mail in order to monitor the behaviour of the user visiting the website or sending the e-mail.
