The Financial Advisor Media Outlook and Usage Study (FAMOUS) surveys financial advisors from advisory firms using a proprietary database which is cross-referenced with the SEC's database to ensure a representative sample of the advisor universe. The study consists of three main sections. First is demographics, the study offers a detailed profile of financial advisors (FAs), considering variables like assets under management (AUM), work setting, and their role in client relationships. The second section focuses on investment institutions, asking about knowledge of, reputation and usage/recommendation. The third section is devoted to media consumption. This comprehensive approach allows for precise targeting efforts, helping to optimize strategies by understanding both the FA profile and media consumption habits through FAMOUS.(Also available in 24-month Doublebase)
